Empowering sales teams with a digital resource to streamline access to sales and promotional updates.
Before the launch of Discover Daily, Unboxd served as the go-to online tool for Verizon promos and device launches. It provided sales reps with essential product and service information for in-store interactions. While functional, Unboxd had limited flexibility and design capabilities, leading to its replacement by Discover Daily in March 2021.
I was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and visual appeal of the tool by designing or curating promotional images from a digital library and maintaining the stackability calculator to emphasize interconnected promotions. My dual experience with Unboxd—both from a sales and corporate design perspective—played a pivotal role in the development of Discover Daily. This new platform preserved the strengths of Unboxd while incorporating advanced features and significantly improving usability.
