rocca report

district newsletter used to create familiarity amongst store representatives

During my time working in sales I created three volumes of a newsletter that circulated in Verizon stores. A peer and I selected topics we thought other employees in our district would find valuable and worked to offer a community-building body of work. The newsletter discussed ‘best practices’ within our district, birthdays, and other life milestones. Rocca was named after my district manager, someone I respect and who is one of the many people who has supported my creative journey to this point.

what i did...

‍As a digital artist, I took this opportunity as an outlet to display what I enjoy doing, which is creating community through visual engagement. I interviewed employees for stories, designed the layout, and offered feedback to my colleague for the content she created. I used Photoshop to crop and edit images and then used Illustrator to add personal touches and Indesign to lay out the content.
