A self-initiated tech education concept created to help individuals feel more confident using their smart devices through approachable branding and clear, human-centered guidance.

Role

Developed the brand identity, logo, and business concept from the ground up; shaped the value proposition; and tested interest through grassroots outreach, including distributing materials and engaging directly with potential users to validate demand.

While working in retail sales, I repeatedly saw customers struggle with confidence and comfort using their smart devices, revealing a gap between access to technology and users’ ability to use it effectively, prompting me to create Tech Fairy as a self-initiated concept focused on building clarity, confidence, and trust through approachable design and education.
