Led end-to-end design and development, serving as graphic designer, web designer, and programmer while ensuring executive-aligned creative direction and brand consistency throughout a company-wide rebrand.

Project 

To support finance learning across the org, I created a monthly newsletter - designing it in Photoshop and distributing it via Poppulo - to keep accountants and finance employees up to date on licenses and key topics. I also launched the Finance Academy, a digital hub for live trainings, recorded sessions, and skill assessments. To drive engagement, I built interactive campaigns like the Finance Glow Up Challenge and developed a digital badge for the Skills @ Scale program.

A branded monthly newsletter designed to deliver career development resources and finance insights to 5,000+ employees through clear, engaging, and consistent visual storytelling.

Impact

Through stakeholder alignment and content evaluation, I identified fragmentation and outdated finance resources as a core problem. I delivered a centralized, intuitive website and companion newsletter that redirected the organization from a legacy site, improved self-service, and reduced executive reliance for routine requests.
