An internal sales enablement hub that centralizes promotions, device launches, and stackability tools into an always-updated reference, helping sales teams confidently navigate complex offers in real time.

Role

Led end-to-end design for Unboxd, overseeing creative direction, production, and execution while maintaining brand consistency across campaigns. Beyond visual design, I created tiles, sourced and uploaded product and promotion content, linked buttons, ensured calculators and interactive features functioned correctly, and built feature pages within the site. Collaborated closely in go-to-market briefings to align on launches and priorities, and supported the site’s sunset and migration during its evolution into Discover Daily.

Project 

In a fast-moving retail technology environment, sales representatives needed a mobile-first, centralized reference to stay current on device launches, promotions, and stackable offers before, during, and after customer interactions. Unboxd served as a one-stop internal sales tool that enabled reps to prepare effectively, present confidently, and maximize both customer value and sales outcomes.

(Left) Unboxd was a mobile app supporting retail sales teams, enabling them to access product information, track performance, and engage with customers across both direct locations and indirect retail partners such as Costco and Best Buy. Designed for mobile devices, it streamlined daily workflows and improved team efficiency in-store.

Unboxd features updated screens from the homepage to promotional tiles, refreshed daily to showcase key product information and promotions. Sales representatives can conveniently access in-depth details through provided links.

Device Bundles

Curated device bundles that made it easy for sales reps to recommend and close accessories, while making it easy for customers to see exactly what they could save.

Impact

Through stakeholder alignment and content evaluation, I identified fragmentation and outdated finance resources as a core problem. I delivered a centralized, intuitive website and companion newsletter that redirected the organization from a legacy site, improved self-service, and reduced executive reliance for routine requests.
